By using Calibreta you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Calibreta helps you log food, weight and exercise and see estimates of calories and nutrients. It is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Nutrition figures come from public food databases, product labels and, where marked, AI estimates. The app labels how each figure was obtained. All of them can be wrong: recipes vary, labels contain errors, and estimates are estimates. Do not rely on them for medical decisions, including managing diabetes, allergies or any condition where an error could harm you.
You are responsible for what is logged under your account and for keeping your password private. You must be at least 13 to use Calibreta. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; see Delete your account.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated requests, no access to other people's data, and no harassment of other people through the Friends feature. We apply usage limits and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Some features have daily limits or need a paid plan. Limits and prices are shown in the app before you pay. Paid plans, where offered, are bought through Google Play under its terms, including its refund rules.
Packaged-product data comes from Open Food Facts, available under the Open Database License. Reference food data includes USDA FoodData Central, which is in the public domain.
We work to keep Calibreta running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app.
Calibreta is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app or from reliance on its figures. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
