You can delete your Calibreta account and all the data stored with it at any time.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open Calibreta and go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Read the confirmation and tap Delete permanently.
The app tells you whether the deletion succeeded. If it could not be completed,
nothing is deleted and you can try again.
What is deleted
Your account, including your email address if you registered one
Your profile and targets
Every food, weight, water and exercise log, and your favourites, saved meals, custom foods and recipes
Your nutrition-label reads and the products you saved from them, and your estimate reports
Your meal plans and weekly summaries
Your usage counts and trial or subscription record
Your handle, friend connections and blocks
Progress photos and reminders saved on that phone
This happens immediately. Nothing is kept for a waiting period.
What is kept
Server log lines (request times, barcodes, errors), until they expire on our
hosting provider's schedule. They are not linked to your name or email.
Names of foods we could not match, which were stored without an account ID.
If you ever bought a paid plan, the purchase record held by Google Play is
managed by Google, not by us.
If you cannot use the app
Email afitscan@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We
will confirm when it is done, within 30 days. If you never created an account, your
data is tied to an anonymous ID on your phone and we cannot identify it from an
email address — use the in-app option before uninstalling.
